Reducing Friction - Skid Pan
Part of the Lesson Starters series, this Teacher’s TV programme is a short clip demonstrating how friction works. A driving instructor drives a car around a test track in wet conditions, and discusses how friction is reduced by the water. The video ends with a question designed to prompt discussion on how other weather conditions could affect friction.
