Science focus: the Salters' approach level 5 - 3

Science Focus the Salter’s Approach, has been adapted by a team of New Zealand teachers under the guidance of NZASE.  The Salter’s philosophy has preserved: briefly, that students should approach their studies of science through work that is related to familiar everyday situations, materials and issues.  Their investigations then lead to an understanding of the underlying scientific principles.
