10 squared: an ATM activity book

At the 1985 ATM Conference the Children's Workshop group held a session using 100 carpet tiles as a substitute for a desk-top 100 square and people instead of counters.

As a result of this session ideas were suggested and then this book put together. We did not want to suggest an age or ability range for which we thought these games, activities, etc would be suitable. we would rather assume that you will decide with whom you can use them, and why, and when.

The pages are not, in general, prepared with the pupil in mind, but to give ideas to the teacher.
