As the Trust CPD and Pedagogical Learning Lead at Sherborne Area Schools' Trust, I work with a strategic team to design and deliver high-quality professional development for 850 staff in 19 schools. I am passionate about enhancing teaching and learning through innovation, curriculum design, STEM, educational technology, and event management. I am also pursuing my Doctor of Education degree at the University of Bath, focusing on education research and practice. My research orientates around the use of technology, sustainable practices and social justice.

In addition to my role at Sherborne Area Schools' Trust, I teach science and computing three days a week and run an inclusive STEAM program that has impacted 15.5k children in 12 countries, working with a host of passionate STEM enthusiasts and industry leads. I also offer keynote speaking and consultancy services to schools and organizations on various topics related to education improvement and innovation. I am a HundrED Ambassador, a global network of educators and innovators who share and spread impactful education practices. I enjoy connecting and collaborating with other professionals who share my vision of creating positive change in education.
